Tamworth Piglets With The Sinister Pig1375 x angesehenThe pigs live together in their own community. The Sinister Pig (she's about 16 tears old) seems to be a bit of an old aunt. The two frisky Tamworth piglets have no hesitancy in running all over her, and nudging her with their snouts. I wouldn't like to try that.

She looks like the folks at Steif created her. This is a photo of mother (a pedigree Highland cow), baby, and one of our pedigreed Aberdeen Angus cows. Picanha Steaks on the Grill1362 x angesehenIt's important not to pierce or cut them when they're cooking --- that will keep in the majority of the jucies. The fat in grain-fed beef (and ours is certainly grain-fed) melts at a lower temperature than the fat in grass-fed beef. One food critic described Kobe beef as "self-basting." These steaks were delicious!
