Tamworth - Gloucester Old Spot Piglets4130 viewsThe Tamworth - Gloucester Old Spot piglets ready to go to their new home in the Cotswolds. We brought them into the stable to give them a bath, and put them on some fresh straw, before their trip to their new home.

Elvis in His Life Preserver4049 viewsHe really does want to get in the pool. I think the life preserver slightly offends his dignity. The PetSTEP ramp is shown on the left: it's firmly secured, and gives the dog a gentle exit from the water.

The Kune Kune Princess3992 viewsChase's pig -- a cross between a Kune Kune (hence the wattles) and a Gloucester Old Spot (hence the spots). Not the prettiest pig in the patch, but to the enthusiastic young Berkshire boar, seen part way up her back, she's the personification of pulchritude.

Fairoaks Mermaid and Marjorie3985 viewsFairoaks Mermaid has just given birth to ten piglets. I took this photograph from the door of her pig ark. Marjorie is looking in the little hatch, and from Marjorie's viewpoint you can see the piglets. Mother was calm and considerate throughout. For those who think pigs are dirty, look at how she gleams, and look at how clean she keeps her home.

Westbrook Settles In3879 viewsWe picked up Westbrook Peter Lad 1st on May 18, 2005. It was his birthday --- he's 11 weeks old. We had an uneventful ride down from his original home in Little Hereford, and he's settled in nicely. We have him in a large stable until he grows a bit larger and can be put out with the bigger pigs.
