Berskshire Pig Having a Drink668 viewsWe bought this inexpensive kiddie pool from Argos, and hoped that the smaller pigs would enjoy a swim. This Berkshire pig thought it was a drinking trough.

Lord's Wood Entrance to Bransford Road667 viewsOur car is parked on the triangle of land that's part of the Lord's Wood title deed, and provides access to the Colletts Green to Bransford Road. The plan is to pave or gravel (with compacted gravel) this area in the next few weeks. When we commence woodland operations, the sawmill needs (I'm told) to be able to pick up the cut trees from next to the road, so this will become the staging area for that.

Digby Gribble and Ian Crouch with Ross and Carole667 viewsWe tried to use our Guernsey cow, Carole, to interest Ross. But he wasn't overly interested in either the plastic dummy, or in Carole.

Marjorie in the new Triangle666 viewsIn front of Woodman's Cottage, on the morning of Septmeber 19 2006. Our legal expenses to defend the action brought against us by Thomas Hawkins, the owner of the cottage, have topped Stg 42,000. We have prevailed in the litigation, and have been awarded reimbursement of our costs on an indemnity basis. Amazing: this little plot of land cost the same as two years (tuition, room, and board) at Harrow or Eton.
