A Berkshire Pig16299 x angesehenWe once raised Gloucester Old Spot pigs -- until everyone started doing it. I could never understand why the GOS pig had been bred so that its ears covered its eyes. With the Berkshire pig, the ears stand up and the pig is quite majestic.

While he is slow when he walks, he does get up and walk around periodically, and was happy to follow the feed bucket to the stable block.
