Whistler's Ramp498 viewsBecause Whistler has recently had back surgery, we put ramps into her suite so she could get in and out of her "cubby" without jumping down. We also put a ramp out into the exterior area, and a ramp at the main door of the dog resort itself. She's been great at using the ramps.

Fizzy and Poppy in Their Suite498 viewsThe "cubby" is raised, and has under-floor heating in the front half (adjustable by individual thermostat). The half-heating allows our doggie guests to regulate their temperature: if they're cool, they can move forward. If warm, they move a bit back.
