Lord's Wood Fence and Gate576 mol gekuckt ginnOur insurance company has asked us to please keep folks out of the woods. We have tried to do so gently, but some people have felt we were somehow in the wrong. "I've walked my dog here for 25 years," was a typical response. Alas, if you run red lights all the time, the policeman will still give you a ticket if he sees you doing so.

Front of Woodman's Cottage575 mol gekuckt ginnAs best we can tell, the front boundary of Woodman's Cottage is circa 8.9 meters from the front (south) of the Woodman's Cottage garage. This photograph was taken from the west, facing towards the east. Marjorie is standing behind the hedge at the point 8.9 meters south of the front of the cottage. Assuming we're correct (and our surveyor is checking this now) the area to the right (south) of the red line is our property.

New Fence In Front of Woodman's Cottage (Entrance to Lord's Wood)575 mol gekuckt ginnThe new fence, on our property, runs along the boundary established by the Court. Which is where we said the boundary was all along, and where it is shown to be on our deeds, and on our neighbor's deeds. Photographed on the afternoon of September 15 2006.

A View of Lord's Wood570 mol gekuckt ginnLord's Wood has quite a big "notch" in its southern side. This is the view from the gate on one side of this notch, looking across to the other gate. It's surprising that this photo was taken in late October 2005 -- a sunny and warm day.
