The Contractors Carefully Measure The New Fence590 viewsGreat care was taken to be sure that the fence was not over the boundary. The new fence sits entirely on our property. Morning of September 15 2006.

The New Fence at Woodman's Cottage589 viewsPhotographed on the afternoon of September 18 2006. The excavation of some of the triangle area had started, and the load of gravel had been delivered. The nice new fence is shown in the background.

Front of Woodman's Cottage584 viewsWe have now removed the bush that sat on our property, and plan to move the fences back to the property line later this week. This will give us the space so that departing vehicles can see safely in both directions on the Bransford Road.

Bluebells in Lord's Wood582 viewsBluebells --- Hyacinthoides non-scripta --- flower early in the year, between April and June. In this way they can make good use of all the available light, before the trees above them become covered with leaves, and block out the sun.

Front Garden of Woodman's Cottage580 viewsPhotographed on the morning of September 19 2006 from the western (shared) track owned by Robert Floyd. This shot is to the south-east. The road on the right is the Bransford Road (also called Colletts Green Road and Station Road) heading towards Powick, Worcester, and the great big world.

New Fence and Curb568 viewsBy the afternoon of September 15 2006 (when this photo was taken) the new fence had been erected. The curb across our track (the eastern track) is designed to retain the gravel we are about to install in the triangle between the fence and the road.

Lord's Wood Track566 viewsThis photograph is taken from our track leading into Lord's Wood. The camera is looking south, towards Lord's Wood Cottage. The brick structure is, I believe, an old chicken coop. According to our recorded title documents, our property line runs on the eastern side (left in this photograph) of the chicken coop. As shown by this photograph, the fence is quite a distance from the coop. This is being double-checked by our surveyor.

Bromsgrove Cemetery564 viewsMore of the crushed green glass. I personally don't think it looks good when it's new, and as the algae grows on it, I think it just looks worse and worse.

Lord's Wood Entrance to Bransford Road562 viewsAnother shot, from our track, showing the triangle of land owned by us adjacent to the Bransford Road.

New Fence In Front of Woodman's Cottage (Entrance to Lord's Wood)562 viewsThe new fence, on our property, runs along the boundary established by the Court. Which is where we said the boundary was all along, and where it is shown to be on our deeds, and on our neighbor's deeds. Photographed on the afternoon of September 15 2006.
