Lord's Wood Cottage and the Track527 mol gekuckt ginnWe put some hard core on our very waterlogged track, running on the eastern side o Lord's Wood Cottage. Note how the lean-to garage has been reduced as a result of the move of the boundary to its correct location. Lord's Wood Cottage, owned by Thomas Hawkins, seems to be abandoned. This view is looking south down the track from the entrance to Lord's Wood.

We have called this to the attention of the Malvern Hills District Council, and they have called it to the attention of the owner of Woodman's Cottage. But here, on the evening of September 19, 2005, it still pours. Fortunately, we can safely walk on the other side of the track.

Some of the Trees Cut Down in Lord's Wood513 mol gekuckt ginnAll of the trees are cut down in accordance with our Woodland Grant Scheme, and under the supervision of our forestry consultant. It's surprising how much more light this has brought into the woodland. I understand that this will help the flora on the forest floor to thrive.
