Side View of the Bonfirešt. ogledov:490The wind was coming from the West (the right of this photograph). When viewed from the side, the fire almost looks like a rocket engine, or a comet.

Sewage Outfall -- Woodman's Cottagešt. ogledov:487This is raw sewage, and it's coming into the ditch on our track -- our access to Lord's Wood. We have called this to the attention of the Malvern Hills District Council, and they have called it to the attention of the owner of Woodman's Cottage. But here, on the evening of September 19, 2005, it still pours. Fortunately, we can safely walk on the other side of the track.

Marjorie Standing in the Driveway of Woodman's Cottagešt. ogledov:486The new fence has just been installed on our property, at the distance determined by the Court. We will now have the contractor excavate the area in front of the fence to a depth of about 4 inches, and install and compact gravel. Photographed on the afternoon of September 15 2006.

The Bonfire Burning From Both Endsšt. ogledov:484The bonfire burned from both ends, and it took a long time for the middle to catch on fire.

Sewage Outfall Pipe from (We Think) Lord's Wood Cottagešt. ogledov:480At the request of the District Council, we have removed the undergrowth and some of the soil from the offending sewage outfall pipe (see earlier photograph). This pipe is within Lord's Wood, and points directly to Lord's Wood Cottage.

Strange Concrete Things at front of Woodman's Cottagešt. ogledov:479It looks like the Time Team has been doing some excavations at the front of Woodman's Cottage. When I went over to see the stacked lumber, I noticed that this strange red curb and couple of cracked pavers had been exposed. 28 October 2005

Some of the Trees Cut Down in Lord's Woodšt. ogledov:478All of the trees are cut down in accordance with our Woodland Grant Scheme, and under the supervision of our forestry consultant. It's surprising how much more light this has brought into the woodland. I understand that this will help the flora on the forest floor to thrive.
