Belinda - Our House Cowšt. ogledov:567Belinda is a Guernsey cow. She's milked, by hand, each day to provide milk for us and for the dog resort. She's heavily pregnant --- due anytime soon --- so the milk has dried up as she puts all of her reserves into her calf.

The Truckman on the Transporteršt. ogledov:563The back end of the Truckman after someone collided with it on Crookbarrow Road. We had to abandon it during the rainstorm, and had all sorts of problems getting MMA to recover it. Someone apparently rear-ended the Truckman. Photographed on the transporter at Lucies Farm, as the Truckman heads down the driveway and into the sunset.

Australian (and American) Flags Fly Over Lucies Farmšt. ogledov:563Ben's family just sent him an Australian flag, so up it went on one of the three flag poles by the dog resort. The American flag was already there. The British flag that we had deteriorated in the British weather. That's a pig weather vane in the foreground.

Motor and Arm -- Stable Gatešt. ogledov:561This is the motor and arm that open and close (when they work, which they now don't) the stable gate. The wires and conductors on top of the gate and fence are unrelated to the automation system --- they are part of the Gallagher electric fence system --- to keep foxes out.

Collinson Silosšt. ogledov:559We're considering the purchase of a silo for the farm, to hold the grain for the cattle. We stopped by the Collinson booth at the Royal Show to look at silos, during the five minutes of blue sky.
