It is, in fact, our private property, and contains no public footpaths. To demonstrate this, we have reluctantly put up an electric fence and gate at the entrance.

"I've walked my dog here for 25 years," was a typical response. Alas, if you run red lights all the time, the policeman will still give you a ticket if he sees you doing so.

Sewage in Lord's Wood1225 odsłonUnfortunately, Lord's Wood Cottage (not under our ownership) is draining unprocessed sewage into Lord's Wood. This may have been the accepted practice in the past, but it crates a foul smell and health hazard just inside the woodland. We are working with the Malvern Hills District Council to remedy this.
