Turkey and Duck - Born on the Same Day5935 mol gekuckt ginnMay 17 2004 -- Today we had a baby Bronze turkey and a baby duck hatch. We think the duck is part Indian Runner and part wild mallard. They're snuggling together under the heat lamp.

Male Mallard Duck694 mol gekuckt ginnAt least I think it's a Mallard Duck. We have a 1/4 acre pond and we've put about 25 Khaki Campbell ducks (girls) on the pond. It's attracted --- surprise, surprise --- the wild Mallard male ducks. They also enjoy the good BOCM feed --- look at the weight of this wild duck!
