Craig Out For A Stroll797 viewsA preview of things to come? :-( I'd been immobilised for about 14 hours, injected with morphine and other goodies, and "log rolled" from gurney to CAT scan tray. This is my first time up and about, complete with nurse and walker. On the way home, I went "ouch, ouch" when Marjorie even drove over a tiny pebble in the road. I am a true Princess. May 5 2006

Candles at York Minster Cathedral716 viewsMarjorie and I always like lighting candles, letting birds go free, ringing bells, etc. --- all the things you do in churches and temples throughout the world. At York Minster Cathedral we each bought a little candle. Ours were the only two on the go.

Tamworth Piglets1070 viewsWe have a visiting pig --- 1/2 Tamworth, 1/2 Wild Boar --- here visiting us on the farm. (Or, more accurately, visiting our wild boar.) The visitor has been here for about four weeks, and hasn't been interested in the boar. Surprise -- she was pregnant. Her six piglets are 3/4 Tamworth, 1/4 Wild Boar. Of the four shown here (photographed on January 21 2006) note the one with the wild boar stripes.
