Lord's Wood Track801 x angesehenThis photograph is taken from our track leading into Lord's Wood. The camera is looking south, towards Lord's Wood Cottage. The brick structure is, I believe, an old chicken coop. According to our recorded title documents, our property line runs on the eastern side (left in this photograph) of the chicken coop. As shown by this photograph, the fence is quite a distance from the coop. This is being double-checked by our surveyor.13. Mai 2005

Lord's Wood Entrance to Bransford Road835 x angesehenOur car is parked on the triangle of land that's part of the Lord's Wood title deed, and provides access to the Colletts Green to Bransford Road. The plan is to pave or gravel (with compacted gravel) this area in the next few weeks. When we commence woodland operations, the sawmill needs (I'm told) to be able to pick up the cut trees from next to the road, so this will become the staging area for that.13. Mai 2005

According to our title deeds, recorded at Land Registry, the property line runs along the right-hand side (eastern) of Woodman's Cottage. The red line in this photograph approximates the boundary, so it would appear --- subject to further work by our surveyor --- that the trees, etc. to the right of the line are part of our property.13.
