Westbrook Enjoying A Heineken1336 viewsI feel a bit like a farmer in the Ozark Mountains, givin' ma hogs bir! But we're feeding our pigs the same diet (essentially) that we feed our Kobe beef. Instead of giving the pigs cattle grain, we give them a special, luxurious pig mix from BOCM. And beer to stimulate their appetite and relax them. Oink.Aug 30, 2005

Westbrook Enjoying a Beer1019 viewsIt's a hot summer afternoon, and our Berkshire pigs (kurobuta in Japanese) are fed the same diet as our Kobe steers --- beer, grain, and massages!Aug 30, 2005

Westbrook Having A Laugh1628 viewsWestbrook is a Berkshire boar, or kurobuta ("black pig") in Japanese. I think happy animals produce the best meat --- and happy animals make us all happy. Westbrook is a happy pig, with a good sense of humour. And one of our alpacas is in love with him, and follows him everywhere.Aug 30, 2005
