Pick Me Up Magazine -- March 30 2006869 viewsWhen the journalist called from Pick Me Up magazine, I thought she was joking. But it's a women's magazine with quite a large circulation. They did a "cute" story about Marjorie swimming with the Tamworth pigs.Oct 15, 2006

Worcestershire Life - October 2006 - Page 1 and 2773 viewsWorcestershire Life did a four page spread on Lucies Farm in the October 2006 issue. This is page 1 and 2. Four years of university, and thirty years of working in senior positions -- and I get my photo standing by a bunch of Bershire pigs. (With me in silly yellow shorts.) With my back problems I don't get to do this very often these days.Oct 15, 2006

Worcestershire Life - October 2006 (Page 3 and 4)759 viewsLucies Farm is featured in a four page colour spread in the October 2006 issue of Worcestershire Life --- it seems to be spread at every news agent and grocery store in the county. This is page 3 and 4 of the article.Oct 15, 2006

GQ Style - September 2006907 viewsGQ Style sent a photographer all the way from London to take my photo giving Lord Rannoch a shampoo. This was during May, after I'd broken my back but before it was diagnosed correctly. All I remember of this photo shoot was the pain -- with my crutch just out of the shot. The article is about "desire unlimited," and I have my own page --- along with folks like Armani and Messrs. Dolci and Gabanna.Oct 15, 2006

The Guardian - August 5 2006 - Kurobuta Pork955 viewsNikki Duffy of The Guardian ordered some of our Kurobuta pork chops, and wrote a review in the paper on August 5 2006. We were pleased with her story, and quite like the pigs with rising sun and Japanese waves illustration.Oct 15, 2006

Worcester Evening News - 26 August 2006752 viewsThe local newspaper picked up on the Hattie story when doing an article (never published) about our neighbour's claim that the dog resort was too loud. (Noise monitoring equipment installed by the Council did not show any noise offences.) This small story talks about Hattie's five week visit to Lucies Farm, the subject of an upcoming "It's Me Or The Dog" programme.Oct 15, 2006

The Tokyo Shimbun925 viewsThe Tokyo Shimbun is a large daily newspaper in Japan. They did an article about pampering pets throughout the world: dog swimming in Washington, D.C., acupuncture in Beijing, and swimming-acupuncture-massage at Lucies Farm. The photograph shows Richard Chaming, our veterinarian, with his dog Spice talking with Marjorie, as Gregorz swims in the pool.Oct 15, 2006

Where the Fence Does a "Z"809 viewsSeptember 23 2006. Zbig stood on top of the Truckman (those are my feet on the left) and took this aerial photograph, looking almost straight down on the fence. I added the yellow line afterwards, to show the approximate location of the fence in the middle of the hedge. It's curious that the fence then goes to the east (into our property), and then continues on down (to the north) down the track to Lord's Wood.Sep 24, 2006
