Installing The New Fence181 mol gekuckt ginnNigel Roberts from Albion Fencing installing the new wooden fence beneath our oak tree to close this gap in the hedge. The hege bushes didn't grow: this area was once a small pond (beofre our time) so it's possible the pond was filled with builders' rubble. There was also a hole in the wire fence in this area, so sheep may have nibbled our hedge when it was young. The gap is closed now.

Tamworth Piglets603 mol gekuckt ginnWe have a visiting pig --- 1/2 Tamworth, 1/2 Wild Boar --- here visiting us on the farm. (Or, more accurately, visiting our wild boar.) The visitor has been here for about four weeks, and hasn't been interested in the boar. Surprise -- she was pregnant. Her six piglets are 3/4 Tamworth, 1/4 Wild Boar. Of the four shown here (photographed on January 21 2006) note the one with the wild boar stripes.
