Marjorie and the Viet Cong in the Cu Chi TunnelsПереглядів: 378The Cu Chi tunnels, a 75-mile-long underground maze where thousands of fighters and villagers could hide, are at the top of the list of tourist spots for Ho Chi Minh City. Marjorie was able to crawl through the lower levels (I'm too big). There was also this "photo op" spot, complete with fake rice bowls.

Joe Looking at CanalПереглядів: 660We have a 1/4 acre duck pond at the front of our property. To raise the level of the pond, and extend it somewhat, we built a small dam down one stream. (Not exactly Hoover Dam.) We call this "the canal," even though it's probably not more than three feet deep at its deepest point. It's a site of attraction for Retrievers and Labradors!
