| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Steps Down - Stadio Olimpico293 viewsNo handrail for stability. This was taken from our row, looking down (note the large curtain that blocked our view). Another disabled spectator is helped down from her seat. I had to wait until most people had left, and then went down the stairs one at a time. It was pretty awful.

Spice Heading Down The Ramp737 viewsOur heated, indoor pool has a gentle doggie ramp on one end for the dog's comfort. We think this is much less traumatic than putting dogs in a hoist. And with Spice, getting her in the water is simple --- just toss her pink ball.

Closed Gates227 viewsClosed gates photographed from the outside (west) showing how the closure doesn't match. We couldn't close the gates at all until our handyman sanded the interior edges of both gates.

Lord's Wood Cottage307 viewsThis photograph is taken from the south, looking northward (towards Lord's Wood itself). This metal extension was constructed recently on the eastern side of Lord's Wood cottage. It goes right up to the fence, which we believe encroaches upon our property.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4088 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
