We then had all sorts of problems with MMA, the insurance company that we pay for rescue/recovery services. I spent an hour in the Truckman, in the pouring rain, waiting for MMA to answer their 24/7 help line. They never did.

Marjorie and the Truckman560 x angesehenThis photograph shows how quickly, and close, vehicles are to the stranded Truckman. We became stranded at about 4:30 PM on Friday, and the vehicle was finally recovered (after dozens of telephone calls) on Tuesday afternoon --- despite the fact it was in a dangerous location. MMA Insurance did a truly awful job of assisting us with the rescue and recovery.
