Marjorie and Cathy - Heathrowvista 311 vecesCathy leaving to return to Australia after her two-week visit. Her Singapore Airlines flight delayed by two hours. We went to Sbarro as it was all that was open. I wanted spaghetti with meatballs, but they only had the meatballs. So I had meat lasagna, and the kind Sbarro man cut a meatball in quarters and hid it under my lasagna. The girls had vegetable lasagna which they ate in full, despite the absence of a smuggled meatball.

Installing The New Fencevista 129 vecesNigel Roberts from Albion Fencing installing the new wooden fence beneath our oak tree to close this gap in the hedge. The hege bushes didn't grow: this area was once a small pond (beofre our time) so it's possible the pond was filled with builders' rubble. There was also a hole in the wire fence in this area, so sheep may have nibbled our hedge when it was young. The gap is closed now.

The New Fencevista 237 vecesAt the back (north) of Maggot's Croft. This fence was installed to close the gap in the hedge. Nigel Roberts from Albion Fencing did a great job, with very little advance notice.
