Brooke and Poi T-ShirtПереглядів: 665We were contacted by E! television. They were filming a "Wild on Waikiki" program, and wanted a taro lo`i in town. We explained that most lo`i were on the neighbor islands, but that we had a small one (about 10 sq. ft.) in our parking lot. The taro plants in our mini-lo`i were purchased at Home Depot. But our mini lo`i was graced by Brooke, and appeared in the E! program.

Westbrook Settles InПереглядів: 3143We picked up Westbrook Peter Lad 1st on May 18, 2005. It was his birthday --- he's 11 weeks old. We had an uneventful ride down from his original home in Little Hereford, and he's settled in nicely. We have him in a large stable until he grows a bit larger and can be put out with the bigger pigs.

WestbrookПереглядів: 4870Since his arrival at Lucies Farm a few days ago, Worthington has become a "stable pig." He lives in one of our stables, and runs around the stable yard keeping us all company.

Inside (to our disappointment) it had Malvern Hills District Council offices: some bureaucrats getting ready for a planning meeting. We'd hoped for little waitresses serving sandwiches where the crust had been cut off.

Westbrook at the Powick Parish FeteПереглядів: 2253We cooked Scottish | Kobe burgers at the Powick Parish Fete, May 28 2005. We also brought Westbrook Peter Lad (born 1 March 2005) --- our Berkshire boar. He was fine --- as though going to a fete was something he did every week.
