No apologies: it was like we weren't even there. When we asked her if she'd even noticed us, she was rude and officious. At M&S, clearly the wire baskets take priority over the customers. Part of the very, very loooooooooong walk to the M & S180 kez bakıldıWe were told, by the signs on the M1 Southbound, that there was an M&S at Trowell. Well liar, liar, pants on fire. The M&S was on the other side of the motorway, and there were no lifts on either side. It was an unbearably painful walk, complete with buckets and leaks.

The Stairway, M1 Southbound at Trowell163 kez bakıldıThis is the stairway to climb to the bridge over the motorway. The signs indicate there's a Marks and Spencer at the M1 southbound, but it's actually on the other side of the motorway. You need to climb these stairs (no lift) to get to the bridge, and then repeat the process on the other side of the motorway. Very misleading in my opinion. But not in the opinion of Moto.

Sharpshooter Craig - Thanksgiving 19661117 kez bakıldıMy uncle Dinny had a .22 rifle that he could barely use. When we went for our mandatory outdoor walk on Thansgiving, he brought his rife --- and asked me to have a go. What he didn't know is that I'd had three years of ROTC in high school, and was a reasonably accomplished marksman. I don't think I've handled a rifle since this photograph was taken 42 years ago.
