Joe In Residence in His Cubby560 x bekekenNaturally Joe was looking right at me in an award-winning pose until I clicked the shutter, when he turned away. I suppose he was disdainful of my doggie paparazzi act.
joe-from-above.jpg
Joe Viewed From Above798 x bekekenWith it so dark and wet outside, it was difficult to take a long shot of Joe. When I got down on my knees to take an eye-level shot, he was all over me like a cheap suit. This photo is taken from above: Joe is watching the aniseed cookie I'm holding (awkwardly) over my head.

Joe, Outside, At Night474 x bekekenNight falls at about 3 PM. And on Christmas Eve, night came with rain and cold. A flash was needed --- hence the doggie equivalent of "red eye." More "green eye."
joe-in-garden.jpg
Joe Investigating469 x bekekenEverything is wet and dreary outside --- this photo was taken at about 4:30 PM and it looks like midnight. Doesn't bother Joe....!
joe-Christmas.jpg
Joe at Christmas992 x bekekenIt was technically a White Christmas. We had a bit of hail followed by a few snow flurries, and it all left a bit of a white dusting on the lawn. This called for a big red bow!
frosty-morning.jpg
Joe on Frosty December Morning590 x bekekenTemperatures reached minus 4 degrees last night. This morning was sunny and frosty, and Joe was ready to romp.
joe-watching-turkeys.jpg
Joe Keeping An Eye On The Turkeys520 x bekekenWe have some Bronze Turkeys (we bought our Christmas turkey at Morrison's, so what does that say about us?). Here's Joe, the hunter, keeping an eye on the turkeys. They're oblivious of his presence --- or they know the fence is strong.
Joe-and-Ducks.jpg
Joe Watching Our Ducks500 x bekekenFortunately there's a fence just out of sight in this photograph, so our Khaki Campbell ducks are safe.

Joe-finds-stream.jpg
Guess What? Joe Has Found The Stream!501 x bekekenWe have a small (about 12 inches wide, 6 inches deep) stream that runs through our property. Joe has discovered that it's much more fun to romp in it than to cross it on the bridge.
