Marjorie Standing By A Pile of Cut Trees540 odsłonWe are proceeding with our Woodland Grant Scheme for Lord's Wood. Here are a small portion of the logs cut down in the woodland, awaiting pick-up by the sawmill. Apparenty the logs are used to make the corrugation inside a piece of cardboard. Marjorie looks small next to the pile of logs.

Marjorie Supervising the Removal of a Tree291 odsłonThe trees are apparently cut down, and then dragged by tractor to the main "road" that runs through Lord's Wood. They are then taken to the consolidation area, where they await pick-up by the truck from the sawmill.
