Carole - Our Guernsey Cow468 viewsCarole, a pedigree Guernsey Cow, is our "house" cow --- providing us with all of our milk. So much milk that we feed the excess to our Tamworth pigs. We have just started to make butter and (soon) cheese from Carole's "output." And she treats us to the best milk shakes in Worcestershire, if not all of the West Midlands.

It filled the room. In fact, one of the four posts actually went up and into the antique chandelier. You couldn't use the single bedside lamp: it was behind a non-retractable curtain. Duilio and Sergio drove to Portofino to have lunch with us on our port stop. I've enlarged the photo to see what paperwork they're holding --- it's an application for a Corporate American Express Card. A lasting memory of Duilio and Sergio --- in a restaurant, with a food cart and credit card application.
