| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Yellow-Jacket Wasp232 viewsWe seem to have a wasps' next in the ground next to Kea's and Pau's bench. I took about a dozen photos --- this is the only one where the wasp is in focus. Xenon for Torino - Piazza Castello - Jenny Holzer1905 viewsTorino has a programme called "Luci d'Artista." Jenny Holzer uses powerful Xenon lights to project "her words with the intention of contrasting ignorance and violence with sweetness and moral courage." The English didn't make much sense to Marjorie and me, but the castle was impressive.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4088 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
