| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Lord's Wood Track305 viewsThis photograph is taken from our track leading into Lord's Wood. The camera is looking south, towards Lord's Wood Cottage. The brick structure is, I believe, an old chicken coop. According to our recorded title documents, our property line runs on the eastern side (left in this photograph) of the chicken coop. As shown by this photograph, the fence is quite a distance from the coop. This is being double-checked by our surveyor.

Farewell lunch!376 viewsEmilia (in the green sweater) had been with us for 18 months and was off to pastures new - York to be exact. She was a fun colleague and we will miss her. Here Grzegorz, Zbigniew, Christopher and Elizabeth wish her well. Craig and I were outnumbered by our Polish colleagues!!

Tenbury Wells Pump Room Tower243 viewsThe tower has been restored: the roof looks a bit like sheet metal, almost like it came in kit form and was assembled. We were also surprised at how short the tower was.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4088 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
