| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Tapa and the Daisy Sprinkler3567 viewsWe bought this silly yellow daisy sprinkler at the BBC Garden Show --- for Tapa. We knew he'd chase the water all over the place. And he did, for hours. When we shut it off, he'd stand at look at the limp daisy, waiting for it to do something. So we'd have to turn it on again.

New Transax Offices in Tricorn House, Edgbaston, Birmingham6077 viewsThis was photographed in the autumn of 1987. We'd just rented offices on the 9th floor of Tricorn House in Edgbaston, and set about decorating them ourselves. Chris Wilesmith has the paint roller, while Peter French is looking for something. The room in the foreground became the authorisation centre, and the staff break room was behind the partition.

Replacement "Red Wax" Pears from Solstice in London195 viewsThese are the replacement pears sent to us by Solstice --- they don't look much better than the original "Red Wax" pears. They were virtually inedible --- fell apart in a matter of a day. After a delay, Solstice refunded the purchase price.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4083 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
