| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

4th of July at Whitecroft201 viewsFor the second year in a row (a tradition?) we put our huge American flag, bought by us just after 9-11, up on the hedge at the front of Whitecroft, along Colletts Green Road. Here's Marjorie posing with Kiko. Note the busy rush-hour traffic. July 4th 2006

Lord's Wood Track305 viewsThis photograph is taken from our track leading into Lord's Wood. The camera is looking south, towards Lord's Wood Cottage. The brick structure is, I believe, an old chicken coop. According to our recorded title documents, our property line runs on the eastern side (left in this photograph) of the chicken coop. As shown by this photograph, the fence is quite a distance from the coop. This is being double-checked by our surveyor.

In the Four Acre Field8625 viewsThree different types of pigs: in the foreground, the large black pig is a fairly elderly (but hugely fast) Iron Age - Gloucester Old Spot cross. The red pig is a pure Tamworth, and the piglet coming out of the ark is a Berkshire.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4084 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
