Pippa and Jessie249 viewsWe tried to take photos of Pippa out in the garden, but she was having none of that. The moment I tried to put my camera to my eye, she shuttled out of range. A Greta Garbo dog! But she didn't mind the camera in the dog resort. Pippa (a Hungarian Viszla) and Jessie (a Hamiltonstovare) wait for doggie biscuits. (See shadow on right of photograph.)

Whitecroft -- The Outdoor Pool240 viewsWe haven't been in the outdoor pool since I can remember: my guess is circa 1995 or so. We had the liner changed about three or four years ago, so the water was changed then, but the liner installation was terrible and we never "opened" the pool. It's so gross now that we're at least cleaning it out. Lots of power washing and diluting with fresh, clean water.

We have prevailed in the litigation, and have been awarded reimbursement of our costs on an indemnity basis. Amazing: this little plot of land cost the same as two years (tuition, room, and board) at Harrow or Eton.

I'm surprised how much I look like my father --- even down to his droopy eyelids and uneven eyes. Poor Shauna has the same problem. Strabismus in the genes!
