| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Marjorie Showing Off Her Tattoo238 viewsA warm summer afternoon in the garden, Whitecroft. Taking a brief break -- we spent the day happily chasing dogs around the garden, playing with the hose, etc. Don't get to do much of that in England!

New Fence In Front of Woodman's Cottage (Entrance to Lord's Wood)295 viewsThe new fence, on our property, runs along the boundary established by the Court. Which is where we said the boundary was all along, and where it is shown to be on our deeds, and on our neighbor's deeds. Photographed on the afternoon of September 15 2006.

Gate to the Stable Yard134 viewsThis five bar gate has been a nightmare for us. We had it automated, but that never really worked. The prevailing wind seems to "hit" the gate and damage the automation mechanics, and recent (October 2008) repairs didn't last more than a few days. We've had people stand at the gate and watch us, like looking at a zoo exhibit. We are installing larger gates this coming week.

Vic Scott & Andy Baddeley Massaging Aberdeen Angus Steer494 viewsIt is thought that the regular massaging helps to marble the fat, and tenderise the beef. It also relaxes the steer.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4084 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
