We explained that most lo`i were on the neighbor islands, but that we had a small one (about 10 sq. ft.) in our parking lot. The taro plants in our mini-lo`i were purchased at Home Depot. But our mini lo`i was graced by Brooke, and appeared in the E! program.

I thought he'd fallen into some sort of paint, and then I saw he was red from the sunset. I got my camera and my cane and hobbled around the garden taking these photographs.
