| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Photographs of Screws from Top Hinges358 viewsThese screws were removed from the top hinges: they connect the hinge to the large gate posts. The screw on the left is from the southern gate post, and measures 1 3/8 inch. The screw on the right is from the northern gate post, and measures 3 1/2 inches. I showed this photograph to Marjorie thinking she'd be surprised. She said that the screws on the right (northern) gate all started to pop out, so Nigel replaced them on the day he came to pick up his cheque.

Casey With Bat Ears135 viewsI hesitated to post this photograph because it looks quite evil, and it's out of focus. But Casey's bat ears and her jewellery make it quite interesting. Casey was running towards me, and I don't remember this evil glare. That's the funny thing about photography: it sometimes picks up things you don't see. In this case, the camera lies --- Casey is a sweetheart.

Poi Lavosh, Poi Dinner Rolls & Lomi Salmon Cream Cheese757 viewsThese were great products. The lavosh (Armenian flat bread) was covered with macadamia nuts. The dinner rolls were light and fluffy. And the lomi lomi salmon cream cheese ... onolicious.

Abbi302 viewsWe didn't have a chance to take a picture of the cake itself --- the Parcelforce man came too quickly --- but I thought the photograph and design were really bold and attractive.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4084 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
