| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Ross Being Encouraged to Show Interest in the Dummy Cow381 viewsIan Crouch has used some "slime" (a poetic farmer name) from Carole, our Guernsey cow, to interest Ross. The Ramp at the Manchester Opera House304 viewsThis was our first look at the large ramp built at the back of the stage of the Manchester Opera House for Ross' entrance and exit. Jack Thompson is at the top of the ramp with the "Daisy Lifter" --- a sling to remove Ross from the theater if he just wouldn't walk up the ramp. Of course, Ross was happy to use the ramp, so the "lifter" was not used.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4085 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
