Assuming we're correct (and our surveyor is checking this now) the area to the right (south) of the red line is our property.

They are very lovey-dovey, and spend a tremendous amount of each day grooming each other. In this photo Merlin looks a bit like a Roman devil-god. I think it's his short, stubby horns.
