We were told room service was the only choice. We didn't want to have dinner in our room, so they suggested the balcony area shown in this photograph, just beneath the dusty palm trees. (Not exactly Hoover Dam.) We call this "the canal," even though it's probably not more than three feet deep at its deepest point. It's a site of attraction for Retrievers and Labradors!
