| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

The Sinister Pig542 viewsShe's a cross between an Iron Age pig (itself a cross between a Tamworth pig and a wild boar) and a Gloucester Old Spot. She's quite elderly, but she can move faster than any other pig we have.

Marjorie in Cambridge179 viewsAs we waited for Kiko to have his MRI at the Animal Health Trust in near-by Newmarket, Marjorie and I went into Cambridge for lunch and a bit of a wander around (as much as I could do with my cane -- which isn't much).

Cathy In Sunglasses273 viewsIt's a Bank Holiday week-end, and yet it's sunny? I have a new wide angle lens and I've been experimenting. The lens allows me to get quite close -- but it does strange things to your nose! Whitecroft, April 30 2005

Ross Being Shown the Artificial Cow5505 viewsHe's not particularly interested in a large white plastic cow. Please note how he's being managed with two leads --- one to his nose ring, and one attached to his head collar. Ian Crouch is holding both.

Rupert Looking A Bit Sad176 viewsThis is the first photo we took of Rupert, and I don't think he initially liked his White Collar. Or perhaps he didn't like the camera. But when he saw Emilia had cookies, it was a different story.

Wisteria - Whitecroft266 viewsI've always been disappointed by our Wisteria vine. It seems to bloom late (if at all) and then it's not very nice. I think we made the mistake of putting it on a north-facing wall. This year, 2004, the flowers were the best I've seen. But still not as good as others I've seen. Perhaps 2005?

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4085 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
