| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

British Airways Jet Taking Off from Heathrow315 viewsWe were at the 2006 Wag and Bone Show at Windsor Great Park, which (I suppose) is tecnically part of Windsor Castle. The park is in the flight path of Heathrow, with planes flying overhead every few minutes.

Holiday Inn Garden Court - Helsinki Airport, Finland258 viewsBecause our inbound flight was late, we missed our connection to St. Petersburg in Warsaw. This meant a side-trip to Helsinki, and we still arrived in St. Petersburg a day late. This hotel, at the airport, was clean but basic. Nobody to help with our luggage, so Marjorie had to put it on a chair we "borrowed" from the business centre. She pushed the luggage to our tiny room on the chair.

Ow, that hurts!316 viewsLord Rannoch, our Highland bull, was quick to charge the fence --- and, to our amazement, he actually broke through. There were five of us there at the time, including our veterinarian to do a castration of a young Gloucester bull. What this photograph doesn't show is Zbig and Gregorz running around yelling --- and finally actually separating the two bulls before any damage was done.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4085 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
