| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Me Doing My Underwater Navigation Test260 viewsOn a wrecked barge in the Red Sea, 1996. We chartered an Egyptian live-aboard boat and brought along three diving instructors (two from England, and Grant Graves from Malibu). We were able to dive three and four times each day, and each dive was a lesson. At the end of the trip, we all had dozens of PADI certification cards!

PAAVille Skyline - Wake Island25047 viewsI would guess this in the main intersection of PAAVille on Wake Island, photographed by my father, Woody Walsh, circa 1953. He took a series of slides, and these two images were stitched together with modern software. I like the one lone soldier walking in the lower right hand corner --- he's the only sign of "traffic."

I'm watching you!158 views"And only I walk woodland paths and see, ahead of me, your figure racing with the wind, so young again, and free. And only I can see you swim in every brook I pass. And, when I call, no one but I can see the bending grass."

Guess What? Joe Has Found The Stream!563 viewsWe have a small (about 12 inches wide, 6 inches deep) stream that runs through our property. Joe has discovered that it's much more fun to romp in it than to cross it on the bridge.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4075 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
