| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Frankie Looking Sad127 viewsThis is another photo of Frankie eating peanut butter. Just before snapping the shot, I called Frankie's name and he looked in my direction. I usually spend a moment removing "eye muck" with Photoshop, and when I went to do so with this image, the tear was really touching. So instead of removing Frankie's tear, I removed the hand with the peanut butter.

Tamworth Curiosity2452 viewsWe were in one field watching the Berkshire pig give birth. Naturally, the Tamworth pigs in the next field were nosy --- particularly if any of our activities involved food. Convenient how the snout can go through stock fencing.

Three pig arcs224 viewsA project not quite finished. The hard core needs to be compacted on Monday to keep the wild boar from just messing it up. The hard core is quite thick, and very porous. The rain water should drain away --- which it doesn't do with clay.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4073 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
