| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

The Broken Water Meter204 viewsWe had a leak at a pig trough. Pavel couldn't find a way to turn off the water to the trough, so turned off all of our water. When he tried to turn it back on, he broke off the valve next to our water meter. Severn Trent came along and painted a big blue arrow and gave us some bottles of water. The pile of blocks was to try to hold down the lid to the water meter/valve.

Marjorie Walking Cookie and Paulo476 viewsI asked Marjorie to hold both dogs for a moment while I climbed the small bank on the side of the road to photograph our cattle grazing. As I turned around, I thought a photo of Marjorie holding Cookie and Paulo was worth snapping.

Grandfather, Chase, and Marcia - Christmas 1985651 viewsFunny, although this picture is almost 20 years old, I can still see Grandfather sitting on that couch, eating cheese and crackers. We still have the leather chair (and the ottoman with Chase's Christmas pony). We moved the couch to England, and sat on it in The Limes. Chase sure looks happy!

Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
