| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

| Walsh Family AlbumPhotographs of our family -- when we were young, or were working, or were travelling, having fun, being sad, putting on make-up, cooking, playing with the bull terriers, eating (lots of these), living. |

The New Fence301 viewsAt the back (north) of Maggot's Croft. This fence was installed to close the gap in the hedge. Nigel Roberts from Albion Fencing did a great job, with very little advance notice.

Installing The New Fence191 viewsNigel Roberts from Albion Fencing installing the new wooden fence beneath our oak tree to close this gap in the hedge. The hege bushes didn't grow: this area was once a small pond (beofre our time) so it's possible the pond was filled with builders' rubble. There was also a hole in the wire fence in this area, so sheep may have nibbled our hedge when it was young. The gap is closed now.

The "repaired" clay at Maggot's Croft147 viewsIn the second paddock. The construction of the hard core made quite a mess, but the construction team made quite an effort to smooth out the clay. It looks a bit like a lava flow in Hawaii.

PanAm Boeing Stratocruiser 377 in Honolulu, Circa 19496141 viewsI did a Google search on this aircraft, N1025V. It was the first of 21 Stratocruisers delivered to PanAm (delivered on January 31, 1949). At the time it was called "Clipper America," although that doesn't seem to be the name in this photograph. (PanAm apparently had many aircraft called "Clipper America" over the years.) N1025V is now sold as a model. The real N1025V was sold to the Israeli Air Force in 1963 as a cargo plane, and last flew in March 1974.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4084 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
