| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Lord's Wood Cottage Extension310 viewsThe new metal extension on Lord's Wood cottage. This photograph is taken from the east, looking slightly north-west. The extension is shown coming right up to the fence line, which we believe encroaches upon our property. The height of the extension can be estimated using Marjorie's height (5'6").

Dave the Dog - His Cake as It Arrived329 viewsHere's the "after" picture of Dave the Dog's birthday cake, courtesy of DHL. We attached the cake to the cake board, attached the cake board to the cake box, attached the cake box to the inner box (shown). The inner box was then packed in an outer box, and the space between the two filled with crumpled newspaper. But DHL clearly gave the box a good toss around the depot, despite the "fragile - dog cake" labels on the outside.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4067 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
