Marjorie with a Swimming Pool of Coffee333 viewsWe visited the lovely (not) Strensham Motorway Services on the M5 and Marjorie ordered coffee. I don't think she expected quite this large a cup.

The Great January 2004 Storm331 viewsWe'd been warned for several days (including full page newspaper articles) that the Great Storm was coming. And, of course, the weather was beautiful. But the storm finally hit on January 28 2004, and lasted precisely ten minutes. This is our front garden at Whitecroft viewed through the snow.

The Tamworth Two331 viewsGood Friday, 2004. These two Tamworth pigs --- sisters --- recently arrived at Lucies Farm from the City of Gloucester. They are enjoying the green grass of spring, but won't take long to convert it into mud.

Marjorie with Bolex Camera330 viewsPoor Marjorie. I got her to pose with the Bolex camera so I could take a photo for eBay. I think her wrist hurt for a week.

Humphrey B. Bear - Crime Scene Photograph330 viewsHumphrey B. Bear has been savagely attacked by an unknown assailant. His injuries are fatal. We suspect one Tapa Dog, especially because there was Bear tissue spread throughout the front lounge, and Tapa Dog was the only known occupant of the lounge at the time. He had earlier displayed an unnatural interest in Bear.

Wisteria Vine - Whitecroft327 viewsWhy doesn't this vine go up the wire we've put on the right? It seems to have a mind of its own.

Pigs in a Line326 viewsGood Friday morning, 2004. The pigs are in a nice chorus line, from left to right: the "original" Kune Kune, the Kune - Gloucester Old Spot cross (how did that happen?), the sinister Iron Age pig (now quite an elderly lady), and the Sinister - GOS cross.
