| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Retired Greyhound Trust Anniversary Cakevista 347 vecesThe PR firm for The Retired Greyhound Trust contacted us. They wanted a double-sized cake for a 30th birthday celebration. We explained that this would be a prototype, but they insisted. It was for a celebrity (we were told it would be Uri Geller) to cut at a PR function. This descended into farce, and they got their cake elsewhere. Here's the finished product. Now what to do with it....?

Kiko With the Veal Bonevista 567 vecesWe took Kiko to the Lygon Arms in Broadway for afternoon tea. The hall porter asked if Kiko would like a bone, and of course the answer was yes. This large veal bone was produced from the soup stock, still warm, on a Lygon Arms plate. Kiko was pleased. December 2005

More Track Photographsvista 252 vecesSeptember 23 2006. Our guys cleared out the brambles on our side of the fence, and it's now clear that the old fence (in the centre of the hedge at the left) then does a right-hand turn (the two posts in the middle of this photograph), and turns right again. The fence on the right was installed sometime after May 13 2004, when the materials were purchased by Hawkins' men. The fence in the middle was put up, we think between June 2002 and May 2004.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshirevista 4067 vecesWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.28 de Mayo de 2012
