| Lucies FarmAt Lucies Farm -- in sunny Worcestershire, England -- we raise pedigree Aberdeen Angus and Highland cattle in the traditional Japanese Kobe style to produce quality beef. We also have an elite dog resort, catering to a handful of exclusive dogs. And we make a range of dog food and dog treats -- even haddock ice cream and a doggie birthday cake. |

Sunset from our Bedroom Window117 viewsI was sitting at my desk on Easter Monday when I looked up and saw the most gorgeous sunset. I got the camera and slowly hobbled up the stairs, and took this photograph from the window just over our bed. It shows the view over our neighbour's back yard, looking towards the Malvern Hills. (Pity about the electrical wires in the distance.)

PAAVille Skyline - Wake Island24987 viewsI would guess this in the main intersection of PAAVille on Wake Island, photographed by my father, Woody Walsh, circa 1953. He took a series of slides, and these two images were stitched together with modern software. I like the one lone soldier walking in the lower right hand corner --- he's the only sign of "traffic."

Rupert Looking A Bit Sad131 viewsThis is the first photo we took of Rupert, and I don't think he initially liked his White Collar. Or perhaps he didn't like the camera. But when he saw Emilia had cookies, it was a different story.

Sunapee Harbor - New Hampshire4040 viewsWe took the dogs for a Memorial Day drive. In the middle of the countryside we saw a small sign pointing to Sunapee Harbor. Although miles from the sea, we found this lovely "seaside" New England harbor, complete with a seafood restaurant on the water. Gorgeous.May 28, 2012
