The proud mumПросмотров: 331This is such a sad story. We had this lovely Clydesdale mare. She gave birth to this foal but less than 1 month and £10,000 later it had to be put down and then shortly after she died of colic. Gave up on big horses after that!!

Magnolia Grandiflora -- Southern MagnoliaПросмотров: 122The large petals on the flower fall away, and the "fruit" is left inside. Here's a young flower, and the "fruit" from a old flower. The huge flowers smell wonderful, but fall to bits if we try to cut them and put them inside in a vase.

The Lawn ContractorПросмотров: 120We hired a landscape architect to re-do the lawn at Whitecroft. They selected the lowest bidder, and this is what they did to our lawn. Our legal insurance company (Sun Alliance) sued their professional indemnity insurance carrier (you guessed it -- Sun Alliance). Ultimately, we were paid to have the lawn done again.
