Saturday Morning Breakfast - Home Made Pancakes with WormsПросмотров: 342One of our week-end treats is to have pancakes with "real" (i.e. fake) maple syrup. Marjorie cooked up a batch on Saturday. They looked good, but my first bite felt, er, "crunchy." I looked down on my plate and saw this little critter. Where had it come from?! A further search yielded a veritable collection of moths which we seem to have imported in some dates or nuts from Dubai. Yum, yum. We had toast and spring cleaned the cupboard!!

Marjorie and Cathy - HeathrowПросмотров: 345Cathy leaving to return to Australia after her two-week visit. Her Singapore Airlines flight delayed by two hours. We went to Sbarro as it was all that was open. I wanted spaghetti with meatballs, but they only had the meatballs. So I had meat lasagna, and the kind Sbarro man cut a meatball in quarters and hid it under my lasagna. The girls had vegetable lasagna which they ate in full, despite the absence of a smuggled meatball.
