Homeward bound170 odsłonSlooooooooooooow on the M25. This was an horrific accident on the other side of the motorway - hence the gawpers on the bridge. One car smashed on its roof and the other lodged into the barrier on the hard shoulder. But, as usual, our side was slow for rubber neckers.

The Laurels on Selma Avenue - Hollywood213 odsłonWhen Marcia and I were first married (1971) we lived at The Laurels at 8017 Selma Avenue in Hollywood --- at the time near Schwab's Pharmacy on Sunset Boulevard. Our apartment was in the upper right hand corner of this California pink building. When we drove by it in 2001 --- some 30 years later --- nothing had changed.
