Elvis -- Wanna Play?170 x angesehenElvis went home today. We're always happy to see our doggie guests reunited with their families, but we'll miss Elvis' exuberance. Everything made Elvis happy. Even when waiting for his family to come and get him, he managed to chase (but not catch) a moorhen --- right into the muddy stream. Hopefully he'll be back soon.

We chartered an Egyptian live-aboard boat and brought along three diving instructors (two from England, and Grant Graves from Malibu). We were able to dive three and four times each day, and each dive was a lesson. At the end of the trip, we all had dozens of PADI certification cards!

The Broken Water Meter184 x angesehenWe had a leak at a pig trough. Pavel couldn't find a way to turn off the water to the trough, so turned off all of our water. When he tried to turn it back on, he broke off the valve next to our water meter. Severn Trent came along and painted a big blue arrow and gave us some bottles of water. The pile of blocks was to try to hold down the lid to the water meter/valve.
